The flag-off took place at 8:00 AM from Savera Hotel, with the pre-event briefing held on Friday, 27th June at 4:00 PM at the same venue. The registration fee was Rs.1500, which included lunch for four participants.
This year's edition featured a Special Family Category, inviting families to join the rally alongside other enthusiastic women participants. Covering a route of 50 to 65 kilometers, the rally featured creative clue-based navigation, and was professionally organized by AA Motorsport Solutions and approved by FMSCI

The rally was open to cars of all engine capacities, including diesel cars and jeeps. Teams embraced the patriotic theme "JAI HIND!" by dressing in vibrant, tricolor-themed outfits, making it a visually striking event
