Naturally Chennai, organized by the Green Goddesses

We are thrilled to announce the 5th edition of Naturally Chennai, organized by the Green Goddesses, an initiative committed to promoting sustainable living. This year's event will take place on June 19, 2024, from 10 AM  onwards  at the Savera Hotel.

About Green Goddesses:

Green Goddesses was formed on June 19, 2019, by Ms. Nina Reddy, Ms. Preethi Thiagharajan, Ms. Jayshree Vivek, Ms. Manju Mudit, and Ms. Anju Agarwal. The group was created to foster sustainable living practices, including the use of solar energy, rainwater harvesting, waste management, eco-friendly products, holistic wellness, and more.

Our Green Club meets monthly, engaging in various green initiatives and learning experiences. These include celebrating festivals like Pongal on organic farms, workshops with Chennai's Millet Queen Indra Narayan, talks by environmentalists such as Mr. Arun Krishnamurthy, and holistic wellness trips.

Event Highlights:

•             Naturally Chennai: This one-day shopping festival features handpicked products that are natural, eco-friendly, organic, holistic, handcrafted, and traditional. Visitors can explore a range of products, including organic cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, food, skincare, apparel, bags, handicrafts, accessories, garden products, and more. Naturally Chennai also serves as a launch pad for homepreneurs, bridging the gap between consumers and vendors.

•             Green Awards: This year, we are proud to recognize individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to sustainability. In previous years, we have honored achievements in fields such as resource conservation (2020), COVID-19 grassroots efforts (2021), Green Club member initiatives (2022), and animal care and rescue (2023).
