Hero MotoCorp,
the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, today announced
its financial results for the first quarter (April – June 2025) of FY’26.
Standalone
Revenue from Operations for the quarter stood at Rs. 9,579 Crore. EBITDA margin was 14.4% (previous year 14.4%), and Profit After
Tax (PAT) stood
at Rs. 1,126 Crore (previous
year Rs.
1,123 Crore)
On a consolidated basis, Revenue and PAT were Rs. 9,728 Crore and Rs. 1,706 Crore (previous
Rs. 1,032 Crore), respectively.
Consolidated
profit for the quarter includes onetime gain of Rs. 722 Crore on account of
dilution of the Company’s share of investment in associates consequent to
Public Issue and Private Placement.
During the
quarter, Hero MotoCorp strengthened its product positioning through portfolio
enrichments. In the 125cc scooter
segment, the charge
was led by the Destini
125 and Xoom
125. In the 100cc motorcycle
segment, Hero MotoCorp expanded the
HF Deluxe Portfolio with the launch
of the HF Deluxe Pro.
The Company
continued to see steady momentum
in its electric mobility business
under the VIDA brand,
reinforcing its position in the
evolving EV segment. Global business
operations also outperformed industry trends, driven by growth in key
international markets and an expanding portfolio across both premium and
commuter motorcycles.
Retail
demand in Q1 remained steady, reflected in higher VAHAN registrations. With the
upcoming festive season
and a robust line-up of new products, the Company expects
demand to remain healthy in the coming quarters.
Commenting on the performance, Vivek Anand, Chief Financial Officer, said, “Our profitability and margins remained resilient, supported by strong
demand for our entry & deluxe motorcycles and 125cc scooter
segments. We are witnessing good traction in our electric mobility business (VIDA), and global operations also remained ahead of industry,
reflecting the strength of our
brand in international markets.
With favourable customer sentiment, upcoming festive season and a
robust pipeline of new product launches, we are confident of sustaining and
driving growth in the coming quarters.”

சென்னை, ஆகஸ்ட் 6, 2025: இந்தியாவில் குழந்தைகளுக்கான இதய சிகிச்சையில் ஒரு முக்கிய மைல்கல்லாக, சென்னையிலுள்ள அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனை 6,000-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட குழந்தைகளுக்கான திறந்த இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சைகளையும் [pediatric cardiac surgeries], 10,000 குழந்தைகளுக்கான துளையிடும் இதய சிகிச்சை நடைமுறைகளையும் (pediatric cardiac interventional procedures) வெற்றிகரமாகச் செய்துள்ளது. இது நாட்டில் குழந்தைகளுக்கான இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சை முறைகளை மேற்கொள்ளும் முன்னணி தனியார் மருத்துவமனைகளில் ஒன்றாக அப்போலோ-வின் மருத்துவ நிபுணத்துவத்தை நிரூபிக்கும் வகையில் அமைந்திருக்கிறது.
2009-ம் ஆண்டு அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனை [Apollo Children’s Hospitals] நிறுவப்பட்டதிலிருந்து, இதய அறிவியல் துறை, பிறவி இதய நோய், பிற காரணங்களால் ஏற்பட்ட இதய நோய் ஏற்பட்ட குழந்தைகள் ஆகியோருக்கு தொடர்ந்து உயர்தர சிகிச்சையை இந்த மருத்துவமனை வழங்கி வருகிறது. இதில் புதிதாகப் பிறந்த குழந்தைகளுக்கு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட இதய சிகிச்சைகள், குழந்தைகளில் மிகவும் சிக்கலான, அதிக ஆபத்துகளைக் கொண்ட இதய சிகிச்சைகள் ஆகியவையும் அடங்கும்.
மருத்துவ சிகிச்சையின் மிகவும் சிக்கலான பகுதிகளில் குழந்தைகளுக்கான இதய நோய் சிகிச்சையும் ஒன்றாகும். இந்தியாவில், ஒவ்வொரு 1,000 குழந்தைகளில் கிட்டத்தட்ட 8 பேர் பிறவி இதய குறைபாடுகளுடன் பிறக்கின்றனர். நாட்டில் ஆண்டுதோறும் சுமார் 300,000 குழந்தைகள் இதய பாதிப்புடன் பிறப்பதாக மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனை, இந்த முக்கியமான சுகாதார சவாலை பன்னோக்கு சிகிச்சை அணுகுமுறையுடன் எதிர்கொண்டுள்ளது. குழந்தைகளுக்கும், வளர் இளம் பருவத்தினருக்கும் மேம்பட்ட, தனிப்பயனாக்கப்பட்ட அறுவை சிகிச்சைகளையும் நோய்ப் பராமரிப்பையும் அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனை வழங்குகிறது.
அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனையின் மூத்த குழந்தை இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சை நிபுணர் டாக்டர் நெவில் சாலமன் [Dr. Neville Solomon, Senior Consultant Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon], மூத்த இதயநோய் சிகிச்சை நிபுணர் டாக்டர் சி.எஸ். முத்துக்குமரன் [Dr. C. Muthukumaran, Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist] தலைமையிலான குழு விரிவான அளவில் உயிர்காக்கும் நடைமுறைகளைச் செய்கிறது. புதிதாகப் பிறந்த குழந்தைகளில் தமனி சுவிட்ச் அறுவை சிகிச்சை (arterial switch), ஒட்டுமொத்த அசாதாரண நுரையீரல் சிரை இணைப்பு அறுவை சிகிச்சைகள் (Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection surgery - TAPVC), சிக்கலான பெருநாடி வளைவு மறுகட்டமைப்புகள் (complex aortic arch reconstructions), வால்வு சீரமைப்பு சிகிச்சைகள், ஃபாலட்டின் டெட்ராலஜி அறுவை சிகிச்சைகள் (surgeries for tetralogy of Fallot), நுரையீரல் அட்ரேசியாவிற்கான அறுவை சிகிச்சைகள் (pulmonary atresia), ஒற்றை வென்ட்ரிக்கிள் பாலியேஷன் (single ventricle palliation), மிகவும் சிக்கலான மறுசீரமைப்பு அறுவை சிகிச்சைகள் (highly complex redo surgeries) ஆகிய சிக்கலான சிகிச்சைகளும் இதில் அடங்கும். ஒரு குறிப்பிடத்தக்க நிகழ்வாக, 650 கிராம் மட்டுமே எடை கொண்ட மிகச் சிறிய குழந்தைக்கு வெறும் 3 மணி நேரத்தில் அறுவை சிகிச்சை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.
அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனையின் மூத்த குழந்தை இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சை நிபுணர் டாக்டர் நெவில் சாலமன் கூறுகையில் “குழந்தைகளுக்கு இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சை செய்யும்போது துல்லியம், நேரம், பிறவி இதய குறைபாடுகள் பற்றிய ஆழமான புரிதல் ஆகியவை தேவை. அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனையில், எங்கள் அணுகுமுறை, உயர் தெளிவுடன் நோயறிதல், சான்றுகள் சார்ந்த நெறிமுறைகள், உடனடியாக முடிவெடுப்பது ஆகிய நடைமுறைகளை ஒருங்கே கொண்டதாக உள்ளது. இந்த அதிக ஆபத்துள்ள குழந்தை இதய நோயாளிகளுக்கு நல்ல சிகிச்சை அளித்து அவர்களை குணம் அடையச் செய்வதற்கு, நுணுக்கமான தீவிர அறுவை சிகிச்சை திட்டமிடல், அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்குப் பின்பு தீவிர பராமரிப்பு உள்ளிட்ட பலதரப்பட்ட அம்சங்களை ஒருங்கிணைப்புடன் செய்ய வேண்டியது மிக முக்கியமானது.” என்றார்.
அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனையின் மூத்த மருத்துவரும் இதயநோய் நிபுணருமான டாக்டர் சி.எஸ். முத்துக்குமரன் கூறுகையில், “குழந்தைகளுக்கான இதயவியல் சிகிச்சை நடைமுறைகள் கணிசமாக வளர்ச்சியடைந்துள்ளது. குறைந்தபட்ச ஊடுருவும் மருத்துவ தொழில் நுட்பங்கள் மூலம் பெருமளவிலான பிறவி இதய குறைபாடுகளுக்கு சிகிச்சையளிக்க முடிகிறது. இந்த நடைமுறைகள் முழுமையாகத் திறந்த இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சையின் தேவையைக் குறைப்பதுடன் குணம் அடையும் கால அவகாசத்தையும் குறைக்கின்றன. அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனையில், மேம்பட்ட இமேஜிங், கேதடர் அடிப்படையிலான தொழில்நுட்பம் (catheter-based technology), தனிப்பட்ட சிகிச்சை உத்திகளைப் பயன்படுத்துவது போன்றவை பாதுகாப்பாகவும் திறம்படவும் சிகிச்சை அளிக்க எங்களுக்கு உதவுகிறது." என்றார்.

இந்த மைல்கல் சாதனையில் அப்போலோவின் மாற்று அறுவை சிகிச்சை குழுவுடன் இணைந்து 3000-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பிறந்த குழந்தைகளுக்கு சிக்கலான இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சைகளும், 40 இசிஎம்ஓ (ECMO) நடைமுறைகளும், குழந்தைகளுக்கான இதய மாற்று அறுவை சிகிச்சைகளும் அடங்கும். இந்தியாவைத் தாண்டி, ஈராக், நைஜீரியா ஆகிய நாடுகளிலும் பிற அப்போலோ கிளைகளிலும், இந்தக் குழு மேலும் 1500 அறுவை சிகிச்சைகளைச் செய்துள்ளது. அப்போலோ குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனை, ஒட்டிப் பிறந்த இரட்டையர்களை வெற்றிகரமாகப் பிரித்து வாழ்வளிக்கும் மருத்துவமனையாகவும் இருந்து வருகிறது. இது போன்ற மிகவும் சிக்கலான மருத்துவ நடைமுறைகளில் கொண்டிருக்கும் அப்போலோ கொண்டிருக்கும் நிபுணத்துவம், மருத்துவமனையின் குழந்தைகளுக்கான விரிவான அறுவை சிகிச்சைத் திறன்களை எடுத்துக் காட்டுகிறது.
